FAQ

Q: Can I put any song on it?

Yes — any MP3 file works. His solo hits, Wham! classics, live recordings, your family's favourite songs, even something completely unrelated. Each disc holds one song, and you can change them whenever you want by plugging the frame back in and swapping the file.

Q: Do I need my phone or Wi-Fi to play it?

No. Once your songs are loaded, the frame plays entirely on its own — no phone, no Wi-Fi, no app, no subscription. Place a disc on the frame to play, lift it off to stop. That simple.

Q: How long does the battery last?

Up to 8 hours of continuous playback on a full charge. Charges via USB-C in about 2 hours.

Q: How do the NFC discs work?

Each disc has a small NFC chip embedded inside. When you place a disc on the centre of the player, the chip is detected and that song plays instantly. Lift the disc off and it stops.

Q: How big is it?

The frame is approximately 15cm wide × 20cm tall × 3cm deep — roughly the size of a large phone standing upright. Each disc is about 8cm across. Premium acrylic with real weight to it — it feels substantial, not flimsy.

Q: Is it a good memorial gift?

It's the gift for the fan who has everything. Nine collectible discs, original memorial artwork with his iconic symbols — the cross, the aviator shades, the microphone, the angel wings — a glowing golden LED display frame, all arriving gift-ready in a premium collector's box. If they love his music, they'll love this.

Q: What if I want more than 9 songs?

Each disc comes pre-loaded with one iconic song — you get all 9 included. Additional disc sets will be available in the shop for even more of his greatest hits.

Q: Does it work on Mac and Windows?

Yes, both. When you plug the player into your laptop via USB-C, it shows up as an external drive with 9 folders. No drivers, no software install needed.

Q: Which audio formats are supported?

MP3 only. The songs come pre-loaded on your discs so you do not need to worry about formats — just place and play.

Q: How do I change a song on a disc later?

Plug the player into your laptop via USB-C. Open the folder that matches the disc number, delete the old MP3, and drag in a new one. Takes about 30 seconds.
